As a CAA Approved Auto Repair Service facility, we meet the following CAA standards:
- Meet or exceed AAA’s exacting standards regarding equipment and certified technicians and have a track record of customer satisfaction.
- Offer a 12 Month or 20,000 Kilometer (whichever comes first) parts and labour warranty per repair.
- Offer free battery testing.
- Offer free written estimates.
- Allow CAA to rule on any disputes.

Warranty Repair
Any time your vehicle is serviced or repaired at a CAA Approved Auto Repair Service (AARS) location across Canada, the work is covered by a comprehensive 1 year/20,000 km warranty for both parts and labour, from the original date of the work order.
Follow these guidelines for coverage:
- Present your valid CAA membership card when signing in your vehicle at an AARS facility.
- When signing the work order, confirm the written information is correct and that your CAA membership number and expiry date are recorded.
- When picking up your vehicle, review the invoice and once again ensure your CAA membership number and expiry date are documented. Also check that your invoice has been endorsed with the ’1 year/20,000 km Warranty’ stamp.
