Between photos and videos of parts that may need to be repaired to a comprehensive list of actionable items and what was actually done, to recommending a conservative approach to repairs that could have cost me a lot of money, it is the best customer service I've experienced at an automotive shop. I had a really great experience at Stop and Go in Burlington. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

When I called for a quote, they walked me through exactly how the diagnostic process works and what they would be checking on the car. After the diagnostic was completed, they called me back and thoroughly explained the issue over the phone in a way that was easy to understand. They even had availability the same day to fix my air conditioning, which I really appreciated.

The whole team was very kind and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The pricing was fair, and overall the experience felt very honest and transparent.

I also noticed that my car seemed cleaner when I got it back — the seats and floors looked tidied up, which was such a thoughtful extra touch that they absolutely didn’t have to do.

Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Burlington.

I took my Audi TT in for a safety for a pending sale. Todd and his team were very professional and informative. He told me the areas that needed attention and also took me into the shop to actually show me the problems. I was very happy with the service and work performed. Todd also showed me other work that the car may need down the road. I certainly would use their services again.

I recently took my vehicle here for the first time and was incredibly impressed by the service. The transparency they provide is exceptional; I received a detailed email report that included photos of every issue found, along with clear explanations of why each repair was necessary.

Todd was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and even provided a prioritized list of future maintenance items so I could plan ahead.

The convenience was also a major plus. I didn't realize they offered it, but they actually sent someone to my house to pick me up so I could collect my car. It is rare to find a shop that combines this level of technical detail with such helpful customer service. Highly recommended!

Was calling around for pricing and these guys offered the best. Todd got back to me right away, straight to the point, told me exactly what they could do for me, no up-selling, no this that and the other - professional, courteous and honest. Booked me in that night and even thought I didn't get the car to them until late afternoon they started right away and had repairs done mid-morning the next day. Asked about their services and they pretty much do everything mechanical so will be taking my vehicle to Stop N Go from now on. Oh and the interior and exterior clean was the cherry on top! I had a great experience with Stop N Go Automotive. They did an excellent job working on my vehicle, replacing the control arm, ball joint, wheel bearing, and all four brake pads and rotors.

What really stood out to me was their communication—they kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on with my car. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their work.

On top of that, they went above and beyond by providing me with a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, which made things so much more convenient. They even vacuumed and washed my car before returning it, which was a really nice touch and showed they care about their customers.

Overall, professional service, quality work, and great customer care. I would definitely recommend Stop N Go Automotive to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

I had a great experience with Stop N Go recently. I appreciated the full and thorough vehicle inspection and there were photos and notes included in the report so I knew it was thorough. They also gave genuine advice on what should be repaired/replaced immediately and what could be deferred to another time. Great service and good people!

Great experience with Stop N Go this week. We broke down on the road, had it towed to the shop, and they were happy to accommodate last minute.

Todd, Matt and the team were very kind, thorough, and clear with the work that needed to be done. They outlined everything in a simple to understand document which helped me make my decisions easily. They had me back on the road in a very timely manner, and I left feeling like I was taken care of.

Needless to say, I will be coming back in the future. Hopefully not too soon in the future though. lol.

I think I have already written a review about this place before but they are seriously THE BEST, most trustworthy group of people around. I've had 3 cars and taken all of them to get worked on here. They will give you a loaner car so you are still able to get to work/school, they make sure your car is clean, and your safety is their top priority. They also explain everything to you and make sure you understand. If you are lucky enough to live in Burlington,/GTA or even the Golden Horseshoe you need to bring your vehicle here.

After many years, multiple cars and service needs from minor to major repairs - Matt and Todd still exceed my expectations! Service of a family owned business with the timing and quality of a large dealership, they go the extra mile for their customers and I simply won’t go anywhere else!

I’m extremely satisfied with their service. Everything was handled very professionally, and all the inspection reports and quotes were clear, detailed, and easy to understand.

I would especially like to thank Matt. He is incredibly friendly and patient. As someone whose English is not very strong and who knows nothing about cars, I was quite stressed at first. Matt took the time to explain everything to me carefully, spoke slowly, and pronounced everything very clearly, which made it much easier for me to understand. This greatly reduced my stress.
