Amazing service! Todd is a total Rockstar! I went to them after feeling a bit duped at my old garage and I honestly couldnt be any happier. 100% professional and thorough. They are great listeners and give you all of the time you need, so you dont feel rushed or confused. In my situation, they even found a loose wire in my Porsche (unrelated to the existing service) and went above and beyond to inspect that issue and didnt even bill me for it. I couldnt be more grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I found the owner ( Todd ) and his staff were friendly and willing to discuss any concerns I may have before and after repairs. With good advice and a clean shop makes for a good experience. Having my car cleaned and a loaner car to use was appreciated. I recommend this place and I will be back for future repairs.

Once again the guys at stop n go have done a great job at fixing my car. As a woman it’s nice to go to a mechanic and know they’ll be honest and up front with you and not push any unnecessary repairs on you if you aren’t looking to do all that/are on a budget. Todd and Matt at Stop N Go Automotive Centre in Burlington, ON are amazing. They take the time and care to actually explain and show you what has gone wrong with your vehicle, they also use a priority system to show you what is safe to wait to repair and what is urgent so your not having to funnel money into non vital areas every time you visit. They even explain and show you how they get the costs of what you’re paying for. Absolutely amazing service my car has not run better since I took it to them, I am recommending this company to every one I know.

StopNGo makes car repair easier : from the speed of getting the vehicle in for repair, to the ease of having a loaner vehicle to the pleasure of having a clean vehicle to pick up, they make the process of car repair (which is always anxiety producing) so much better. They are friendly, professional, reliable, they back their work and we always get our car back quickly. This last visit, my van had acquired a combination of camping and hockey gear smell that was almost unbearable. They detailed the van to such an extent that the smell was gone!!!! What an unexpected treat! Highly recommend StopNGo.

MY regular oil change and service turned into an unexpected appreciation for the service at Stop N Go. The mechanic's check revealed a leaking muffler which they were able to care for within hours of the service. Best part of course is the diagnosis and pictures sent prior to the work being okayed. As usual my vehicle was returned in a clean and washed condition.

I had my previous car serviced here almost 10 years ago when it became off warranty, I knew this was the go-to automotive centre. I am happy to be back with Matt and Todd.

One of the best shops within 100km! Efficient, quality workmanship, and trustworthy - what else could a person imagine needing/wanting in an automotive repair shop?! Friendly service counter associates, very uplifted technicians, and always quality parts. If you're new to the area for sure stop in here and have the experience the next time you need an oil change! This week I had the opportunity to reach out again to Stop N Go for an emergency situation and again Matt was nothing short of amazing, attentive, service minded and really interested in helping resolve my issue. So happy to see that the level of service I received quite some time ago as mentioned in the below original review is still the same if not even better today! Thank you again Matt for your care, concern and passion for solving problems. Despite my several calls, questions and so on Matt always responded with politeness, knowledge and understanding. Again the entire team at Stop N Go is great but I need to specifically call out Matt for his top notch service. Cannot thank you enough Matt for seeing me through this latest issue. I will say it again, if you as a customer hasn't found the right auto service shop this place comes highly recommended. Original post from 2 yr ago 5 star isn't a high enough rating for Stop N Go Automotive. A friend of mine recommended them. The dealership that I was a loyal customer to didn't have the time, courtesy or interest in solving my issue; when I arrived at Stop N Go I was greeted by Matt (who is amazing!) and he asked me what they could help with. Long story short my sunroof malfunctioned and wouldn't close, expecting rain, I have leather/suede interior and no garage. I showed up Friday morning of Labor Day weekend and Matt and team at Stop N Go were more than helpful and interested in solving my problem. The team were able to manually shut it for me at my request and all in faster time than I expected.Excellent Service!!! I didn't even get a chance to inquire about a rental or shuttle and Matt said "I assume you need a loaner?". WOW again, I cannot say enough about the service I received. Matt called to let me know my car was ready. I couldn't believe that they even washed my car and cleaned it inside too! Stop N Go Team obviously value their customers and being a first time customer they have won me over. I will certainly be returning for any future auto needs. I can't stop talking about this place to everyone I know. Thanks Matt for giving me a great first impression, seeing my issue through to the end and truly caring about my situation. I brought my 10 year old SUV for a clicking noise coming from the front suspension/steering (at least I thought so). Matt at Stop N Go provided consistent communication with me and within 2 hrs they had sent me the diagnosis with a supporting photo and video showing exactly what they found. It turned out to be a minor issue with my front brake pads!! A quick fix for this and I am on my way. It was truly a pleasant surprise it was a simple fix and I appreciate the effort to look beyond the suspension/steering (which I told them I thought it was) to find the true root cause. A very happy customer.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with Stop N Go Automotive Centre in Burlington. I had visited other mechanics and none of them were able to successfully fix an issue with our vehicle - Stop N Go was able to completely fix the issue in just one visit. I've already been to Stop N Go a few times and every experience that I had was a pleasant one. I'm extremely satisfied with both the office team as well as the technicians. Everyone is friendly and attentive, the customer lounge is well equipped and as an added bonus, they do an awesome exterior wash and an interior detailing after the service is completed. In April of 2019 I had some suspension parts replaced at Stop and Go on Industrial Street in Burlington. The vehicle - a 2010 Mazda Tribute - has been used in city traffic and on city roads almost entirely and has had average kilometres each year. Both lower ball joints are again completely shot and need replacing again. These suspension components should last much longer - certainly more than 5 years [ they must have started deteriorating well before the 5 years ] and perhaps even the life of the car. I've owned numerous vehicles in the past and have never replaced lower ball joints on any other car. I feel that the parts they used must have been substandard and/or the mechanic was ill-trained and they counted on my either not noticing or getting rid of the vehicle before the problem arose again. I would not recommend this shop and will not take any vehicle there for any reason in the future. For all those reading this review - Todd, the owner reached out to me via phone and email and offered to make the situation right , which he did. The ball joints had a lifetime warranty - which I did not know about - so they were replaced at my cost of labour only along with a gratis alignment. I am happy with Stop and Go now and greatly respect their response to my negative review above. I would recommend them for auto repairs.

An amazing Burlington mechanic! It’s easy to book with them, they do a great inspection, and are honest about what services your car should get and answer any questions if you are unsure. As bonus - they vacuum the inside of your car and clean the exterior after each service! I’ve started to look forward to taking my car in for service :)
