We maintain a computerized history of all of your auto repair and service visits at Stop N Go. We also take note of your vehicle’s mileage at every visit, and keep track of any recommendations our techs give you for either repairs or maintenance services. Based on this history, we are able to send you personalized Reminder Mailers to help remind you of any services or repairs you may need on your vehicle.
When you get a Reminder Mailer from us, just simply give us a call to schedule your appointment or use our Online Real-Time Appointment Scheduler. And if you can’t bring your car to us during normal business hours, you can use our convenient After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off Service (Early Bird/Nite Owl Service – see below for details).

Stop N Go Automotive’s Early Bird / Nite Owl Service is a convenient after-hours vehicle drop-off service. We understand that sometimes our customers’ schedules may not permit them to come to us during our normal business hours. Our Early Bird / Nite Owl Service is the solution that meets our customers’ busy schedules.
To use this convenient service is easy! Simply bring your vehicle to our auto repair shop location. We have a Key Drop safety drop-box near our entrance. Fill out the form and seal your car keys with the form in the envelope, then drop the envelope through the drop-box slot. This box is secure and can only be accessed by our staff. One of our service advisors will contact you after we open to confirm your service or repair request.

We care about our customers, no matter where they are. This is why we offer a FREE 24-Hour Nationwide Roadside Assistance program as part of our Rewards Card program. You should carry your Stop N Go Rewards Card with you at all times, in case you ever need to use our Roadside Assistance.
Our Nationwide 24-Hour Roadside Assistance program provides assistance in the event of an emergency; it offers help for the most common roadside emergencies like towing, fuel or water delivery (up to $75.00 per year/per vehicle).

Dropping your car off with us for the day and need a ride? When you make an appointment or come in for service, just mention that you need a ride. We will drop you off at any location – home, work, or anywhere you need to go. When your vehicle is ready, we will call you and if you need a ride back to our shop, we will come pick you up!

Stop N Go was recommended to me by a friend who lives close by and takes their vehicles there for service. Because they are a couple of hours from where I live, the recommendation wasn't the only incentive I needed before choosing to have my car serviced here. There was also the very high Google rating and the added benefit of having a loaner car when mine was in for service.
They replaced all 4 pads and rotors and did an alignment. They explained everything they were going to do and gave me some good recommendations on the type of parts. My discussions with Matt gave me confidence that they knew what parts were best for my specific vehicle.

I had a really great experience at Stop and Go in Burlington. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
When I called for a quote, they walked me through exactly how the diagnostic process works and what they would be checking on the car. After the diagnostic was completed, they called me back and thoroughly explained the issue over the phone in a way that was easy to understand. They even had availability the same day to fix my air conditioning, which I really appreciated.
The whole team was very kind and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The pricing was fair, and overall the experience felt very honest and transparent.
I also noticed that my car seemed cleaner when I got it back — the seats and floors looked tidied up, which was such a thoughtful extra touch that they absolutely didn’t have to do.
Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them to others looking for a trustworthy mechanic in Burlington.

Todd was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and even provided a prioritized list of future maintenance items so I could plan ahead.
The convenience was also a major plus. I didn't realize they offered it, but they actually sent someone to my house to pick me up so I could collect my car. It is rare to find a shop that combines this level of technical detail with such helpful customer service. Highly recommended!

Todd got back to me right away, straight to the point, told me exactly what they could do for me, no up-selling, no this that and the other - professional, courteous and honest. Booked me in that night and even thought I didn't get the car to them until late afternoon they started right away and had repairs done mid-morning the next day. Asked about their services and they pretty much do everything mechanical so will be taking my vehicle to Stop N Go from now on. Oh and the interior and exterior clean was the cherry on top! I had a great experience with Stop N Go Automotive. They did an excellent job working on my vehicle, replacing the control arm, ball joint, wheel bearing, and all four brake pads and rotors.
What really stood out to me was their communication—they kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on with my car. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their work.
On top of that, they went above and beyond by providing me with a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, which made things so much more convenient. They even vacuumed and washed my car before returning it, which was a really nice touch and showed they care about their customers.
Overall, professional service, quality work, and great customer care. I would definitely recommend Stop N Go Automotive to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.
