ANOTHER UPDATE: The amount of times that I have felt eternally grateful to these guys is indescribable! My starter died on day one of my holidays from work. I was able to get my truck started again with guidance from Shane and Todd so that I could've drive my truck to the shop to be repaired and was even given a loaner vehicle so that I didn't feel stranded without. I can never thank you guys enough for all you do! UPDATE: Nothing bad to say just, cannot get over how above and beyond this shop will go for you. Took my truck in for an oil change yesterday and they took amazing car of me. The mechanic, Shane, was incredibly thorough and the fact that I know I can trust that the things they tell me I need are actually needed instead of just trying to make a buck off me is the best part. They will also give me a heads up of things I need in the future so I can financially plan for it. Even the car cleaner is wonderful. He went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my passenger window because soil oil spray has gotten into the window well and I hadn't had a chance to clean it yet. Thanks so much guys! It's comforting to not have to worry and be able to trust in a world full of worry and distrust! I've been taking my 2019 Suburban and my previous 2009 Silverado to Stop N Go for probably more than 10 years. Shane, Matt and Todd always make sure they take the best care of me. I recently moved 2+ hours away but still take my Suburban to them for my regular maintenance because I trust their knowledge, skill and honesty the most that I couldn't imagine putting my truck in someone elses care. Thanks for always taking care of me and making sure I'm safe, as well as always making me feel like family rather than just a customer!

I recently had the transmission, 4WD transfer case and rear differential fluids replaced on my 2017 Escape. Todd, Matt and all the mechanics at Stop N Go provide great customer service. They do excellent work and really go the distance to make sure I am truly satisfied. They had an issue with the differential drain plug that they had to find a workaround to complete the job. They even wash the vehicle, clean and vacuum my car each time it is in for service. I highly recommend these guys!!!

I had a really great experience at Stop and Go in Burlington. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. When I called for a quote, they walked me through exactly how the diagnostic process works and what they would be checking on the car. After the diagnostic was completed, they called me back and thoroughly explained the issue over the phone in a way that was easy to understand. They even had availability the same day to fix my air conditioning, which I really appreciated. The whole team was very kind and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The pricing was fair, and overall the experience felt very honest and transparent. I also noticed that my car seemed cleaner when I got it back — the seats and floors looked tidied up, which was such a thoughtful extra touch that they absolutely didn’t have to do. Matt and Todd have been providing excellent service since I began taking my car to them, at least 6-7 years ago. They are always helpful and thorough with explanations, videos and pictures on why something is needed and what can possibly wait until the next servicing. However, last week, Todd went above and beyond. The battery in my key died so my car wouldn't start. When I explained that I was on my way to a sensitive family matter, he said, "Don't worry I will send someone to you right now to replace the battery." As luck would have it, I didn't even have to wait for anyone to come, because Todd called me back with an immediate solution to pop out the start button and use the key fob manually. Todd's help and support not only solved my immediate problem, but relieved my stress on an extremely stressful day. So much appreciated!

Another great review regarding my service at Stop N Go! It was brought to my attention at my oil and tire change over, that certain maintenance issues had not taken place when my VIN was entered. This brought great concern for me. I was not given any records of any such maintanence that is cruicial to the operation of my vehicle when I purchased it. Being able to have my car properly maintained is of outmost importance to me. Stop N Go always gives me a detailed explanation of the pros and cons of service which is recommended. I have great trust in Todd and Matt. I also appreciate the offer for a drive back home while the work on my car is done. If that is not possible, they are quick to offer the use of one of there vehicles while my car is being worked on. It's also a bonus picking up my very clean car when all the services are completed!! So, if your looking for an honest place to take your vehicle for service and maintenance, don't hesitate to call Stop N Go!

I recently took my vehicle here for the first time and was incredibly impressed by the service. The transparency they provide is exceptional; I received a detailed email report that included photos of every issue found, along with clear explanations of why each repair was necessary. Todd was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and even provided a prioritized list of future maintenance items so I could plan ahead. The convenience was also a major plus. I didn't realize they offered it, but they actually sent someone to my house to pick me up so I could collect my car. It is rare to find a shop that combines this level of technical detail with such helpful customer service. Highly recommended!

MY regular oil change and service turned into an unexpected appreciation for the service at Stop N Go. The mechanic's check revealed a leaking muffler which they were able to care for within hours of the service. Best part of course is the diagnosis and pictures sent prior to the work being okayed. As usual my vehicle was returned in a clean and washed condition.

Nov 2022 - winter tires installed and they found a broken brake brcket and repaired while I waited. Thats fast and efficient service at its best. Nov 2021 I store my tires at stop N Go. I had snow tires installed, normal service and rear brakes replaced. My A5 has 230,000 km and Stop N Go keeps it running like a ne car. They are experts in all makes of cars and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Todd and Matt are the most knowledgeable and service oriented people you could hope for. Rated a complete 10 in all areas. I have recommended stop and go to all my friends. I would give 10 stars if I could. reasonable price with exceptional service and reliability THE BEST RELIABLE SERVICE IN THE BUSINESS September 21 I took my wifes A3 to Stop N Go for engine light issues. A simple resolve and car back on the road the same day at reasonable cost. I trust Stop N Go to keep both my older cars safe and on the road. Was calling around for pricing and these guys offered the best. Todd got back to me right away, straight to the point, told me exactly what they could do for me, no up-selling, no this that and the other - professional, courteous and honest. Booked me in that night and even thought I didn't get the car to them until late afternoon they started right away and had repairs done mid-morning the next day. Asked about their services and they pretty much do everything mechanical so will be taking my vehicle to Stop N Go from now on. Oh and the interior and exterior clean was the cherry on top! I had a great experience with Stop N Go Automotive. They did an excellent job working on my vehicle, replacing the control arm, ball joint, wheel bearing, and all four brake pads and rotors. What really stood out to me was their communication—they kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on with my car. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their work. On top of that, they went above and beyond by providing me with a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, which made things so much more convenient. They even vacuumed and washed my car before returning it, which was a really nice touch and showed they care about their customers. April 2025 - Van running quiet and properly again after exhaust and sensor work. Thanks for getting us in quickly and fixing the problems! Tim. May 2025 - Brake work done on van after calliper failure. Stop N Go provided the usual expert service, did the repairs quickly and brakes are fine again. Thanks. May 2025 - Team Stop N Go to the rescue again! Doing emergency diagnoses on sensor warnings, swapping faulty components and getting me back on the road. June 2025 - Thanks again for diagnosing the window issue and getting the parts replaced so quickly! October 2025 - I have a house full of young drivers and a driveway full of old cars. Todd, Matt and the pit crew at Stop N Go do a fantastic job of keeping them all roadworthy. The diagnoses (sometimes dreaded) are on the nose and the repairs are remarkably fast and always solid. The advice on a balance between what is safe and needed and what is economical are always well considered, insightful and welcome. Today, the staff volunteered to put some extra time in on a part that failed right before closing time so that I could have my vehicle for the weekend. All very much appreciated!!! I think I have already written a review about this place before but they are seriously THE BEST, most trustworthy group of people around. I've had 3 cars and taken all of them to get worked on here. They will give you a loaner car so you are still able to get to work/school, they make sure your car is clean, and your safety is their top priority. They also explain everything to you and make sure you understand. If you are lucky enough to live in Burlington,/GTA or even the Golden Horseshoe you need to bring your vehicle here.
