Stop N Go was recommended to me by a friend who lives close by and takes their vehicles there for service. Because they are a couple of hours from where I live, the recommendation wasn't the only incentive I needed before choosing to have my car serviced here. There was also the very high Google rating and the added benefit of having a loaner car when mine was in for service.
They replaced all 4 pads and rotors and did an alignment. They explained everything they were going to do and gave me some good recommendations on the type of parts. My discussions with Matt gave me confidence that they knew what parts were best for my specific vehicle.
With the new brakes, the car feels better than it did when new!

When I called for a quote, they walked me through exactly how the diagnostic process works and what they would be checking on the car. After the diagnostic was completed, they called me back and thoroughly explained the issue over the phone in a way that was easy to understand. They even had availability the same day to fix my air conditioning, which I really appreciated.

The whole team was very kind and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The pricing was fair, and overall the experience felt very honest and transparent.

I also noticed that my car seemed cleaner when I got it back — the seats and floors looked tidied up, which was such a thoughtful extra touch that they absolutely didn’t have to do.

Was calling around for pricing and these guys offered the best. Todd got back to me right away, straight to the point, told me exactly what they could do for me, no up-selling, no this that and the other - professional, courteous and honest. Booked me in that night and even thought I didn't get the car to them until late afternoon they started right away and had repairs done mid-morning the next day. Asked about their services and they pretty much do everything mechanical so will be taking my vehicle to Stop N Go from now on. Oh and the interior and exterior clean was the cherry on top! What really stood out to me was their communication—they kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I always knew what was going on with my car. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence in their work.

On top of that, they went above and beyond by providing me with a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, which made things so much more convenient. They even vacuumed and washed my car before returning it, which was a really nice touch and showed they care about their customers.
